2013-2014 (us student year) was the last but one of a collaboration started in 1984 by The Economist's youth capitalism editor and curriculum connector of entrepreneurial revolution (25 dec 1976)
officially the first wave of millennium goals end 31 dec 2015- so what's #NOW next
students are being invited to determine how their own millennium ces of age in the 25000 youth race to Atlanta Nov 2015 and the UN Global Partnership with Youth Forum and tell us where chris.macrae@yahoo.co.uk twitter globalgrameen, facebook microeconomics, linkedin 9500 Norman Macrae Foundation for Youth Capitalism and Open Education- washington dc region YcLAB hotline 301 881 1655
unlike year 2012-2013 where the main editor of this ning spent almost every month acting as a jundeg we have taken a more decentralised rile this year but we hope that our diarises of impacts of student entrepreneurs will become ever more user friendly - try this model -take what you .like and replicate your own goodgledoc diary -also report where you see friends of nobel dr muhammad yunus http://yunusdiary.com stimulate stidents to accelerate their solution
meanwhile as is our tradition as the last 4 weeks of each student year comes to a climax, with all our co-correspondents across the Americaswe are trying to assemble an overall review of 013-014 - help us with waht we miss- and we are trying to catalogue what that means in terms of the top 50 social action groups that can converge on atlanta

DC<>King- I am glad that some student entrepreneur cases were such a good match with conscious capitalism and youth's futures - and congrats to sylvia for such a huge time commitment to students. Can I introduce you to
NH<>fiona in case there are any matching projects going on from her competition in new hampshire;

DC<> anna barrera at GWU who is furthest advanced of anyone I have met in designing deep collaboration around a portal (in her case native americans development of sustainable tourism) and
OR<>andrew who probably knows more about the practice of aquaponics than most professors let alone students- he hails from being a finalist at oregon - arguably the most collaborative state in terms of its educational institutions wishing to break down silos- indeed as sam mentioned oregon also sports a commencement speech telling students http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTJeQpPU-bM

CA<> Also can I introduce you to anna lu in san diego- she is chief connector of everything student funded there
I know that when naila www.women4empowerment.orghas sorted out a queue of local work and family commitments that has accumulated from a month of travels- it will be a priority to understand hispanic womens empowerment movements and that anna is as likely to be able to make a deep start on that s eg you and tedabu are with black youth networks
I dont mean to be leaving other cultures out - eg chinese, japanese and other asian networks are ones I desperately want to get back to as most of the thousand plus social surveys a younger me helped mit log into a database came from eastern hemisphere
thanks chris
